hourly to and from Bradley International Airport and the Pioneer
Valley. . . provided we have advance reservations.

To
Bradley International Airport:
- Hours
of service begin with our first arrival at the airport at 5:00
A.M. The next arrival is at 7:15 A.M. and thereafter we arrive
each hour at fifteen minutes after the hour. . .
provided we have reservations.
- When reservations
are made, you are given a one-half hour window during which you
will be picked up. This will be adjusted to a more accurate time
according to geographical requirements. We will call you the evening
before pickup between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to narrow down your
pickup time.
- Passengers
must be ready to leave at the beginning of their assigned pickup
window. . .we will attempt to be there as early as possible within
that window.
From
Bradley International Airport:
- When making
reservations, we require all arriving flight information as we
track all incoming passengers' flights.
- We
depart on schedule from Bradley.
. . leaving Terminal "A" no later than half past the
hour, and terminal "B" no later than forty-five minutes
past the hour. Our final departure from Bradley is at 12:30 AM
/12:45 AM (just after midnite), provided we have
reservations.
- After claiming your baggage, all incoming
passengers must go to the Valley Transporter
Courtesy Desk inside the baggage claim area.
Please use the courtesy phone at the
desk to call our dispatcher for instructions on where to meet your driver.
- Terminal
"A" booth
is located opposite the USAir baggage carousel.
Terminal "B" booth is located in the Baggage Claim area. There is a lighted sign over it that says "Valley Transporter".
- If, due to flight delays, you
miss your assigned pickup, we will provide space for you on the next available scheduled
van that leaves following your actual arrival time. Because we track your flight's progress we
will know if you will be unable to make your assigned departure.
- If, during
your travels, you are rerouted by your airline. . . resulting
in an arrival on a flight other than the flight we were given when the reservation
was made. . . you must contact us at 1-800-872-8752
to advise us of the new arrival flight number and time. Without this information we
may not have a van at the
airport at your new arrival time.
