Charter Services:

• Charters can be booked on an hourly basis,
  and we can transport groups of all sizes.
  
  
• We will provide a vehicle and driver for local or long distance transportation at a specified hourly rate.
  See below for typical rates.
  
  
• The hourly rate begins when the vehicle departs from Valley Transporter headquarters in Amherst, MA, and ends when the vehicle has returned.
  
  
• Waiting time will be charged at the same rate
  as the travel time.
  
  
• Two hour minimum on all charters.
  
  
• In addition to the hourly rate, a 15% driver
  gratuity will be assessed on the total fare.
  
  
• Advance Reservations are required.
  Confirmation is subject to availability.
  
  
• Cancellation Policy: $50.00 charge for any cancellation within 48 hours of pick-up time.
