We Are a Door-To-Door Service that provides shuttle service to or from Amherst, Amherst College, Smith College, Mt. Holyoke College, Hampshire College, UMass, Northampton, Springfield, South Hadley and the other towns and cities of the Pioneer Valley region of Western Massachusetts.
To Bradley International Airport Advance Reservations Highly Suggested.
Hours of our SHARED SHUTTLE service begin with our first arrival at the airport at 4:30 A.M OR 6:00 AM. The next arrival is at 7:15 A.M. we arrive at fifteen minutes after the hour, Provided We Have Advance Reservations and availability. Rates vary depending upon location and number of passengers in your party.
When reserving going to the Airport, you will get a 30-minute pick up window, based on the scheduled arrival time. We will call the afternoon the day before with a more exact time of pick up.
Private Exclusive Service is available if preferred and for times outside of our standard shared shuttle hours, and are a direct route. Rates vary depending upon location and number of passengers in your party.

Odyssey’s that seat up to 3 passengers
Ford Transits Seat 4 up to 10 (luggage limits if Full at 10)
From Bradley International Airport
- When making reservations, we require all arriving flight information as we track all incoming passengers’ flights.
- Shared shuttles passengers must be on the same arriving flight, or reserved private
- We depart on schedule from Bradley on the bottom of the hour starting at 5:30 AM with our final departure from Bradley is at 12:30 AM (just after midnight), Provided We Have Advance Reservations. Anything between these hours is private transport only.
- After claiming your baggage, all incoming passengers must call our dispatcher for instructions on where to meet your driver. 413-253-1350 option #1
If your arriving after the office has closed, we will email you the day before with your driver’s name and phone number for you to call to check in. Our drivers can NOT sit curb side checking in is very important to call to check in. - If, due to flight delays, you miss your assigned pickup, we will provide space for you on the next available scheduled van that leaves following your actual arrival time. Because we track your flight’s progress we will know if you will be unable to make your assigned departure. We will do our best to keep wait time down but as we grow our fleet back sometimes this might mean a wait. Always check in with us, we will go over all options.
Surcharges
- $15 For Each Bag in Excess of Two, Except Carry On
- $20 Each for Skis, Golf Clubs. Oversized Items
- EXTRA STOPS- PRIVATE ONLY
Customers may add an additional stop to an airport transfer or point to point reservation for an additional fee. Please call reservations for booking with extra stops.
*Extra stop fees vary and will be charged at Valley Transporters discretion. * Extra Stop Fees do not apply to charter reservations. If an extra stop incurs additional miles, additional fees may apply. Minimum charge $10 per extra stop in the same town/city as booked. Minimum $20.00 per extra stop, out of the town/city booked.
Wait Fees Private Transport and Long Distance only
Wait Fees are incurred when the customer is unable to travel at the requested time and the vehicle’s operator must wait beyond a reasonable grace period of 60 minutes to provide service. Fees are intended for waits that are usually excessive and wait fees are charged at Valley Transporters discretion. $50.00 Hourly
Traveling Minors
If Traveling with Children, Who Are Legally Required by Massachusetts State Law to Have a Safety Seat, It Is the Responsibility of The Passenger to Abide by State Law and Have the Correct Safety Seat.
Valley Transporter Does Not Provide Safety Seats for Children.
Customer Error
Customer is responsible for providing accurate information at time of booking. When he/she provides information for travel, the customer agrees that the information will be accurate. Valley Transporter is not responsible for mistakes made by customers while using the service, Confirmation emails are provided at the time of booking to allow customers to review details of their reservation in advance of the reservation.
When reservations are made, you will a confirmation number, email and receipt for payment A reservation is NOT confirmed without payment. Without A Confirmation Number Your Reservation Is Not Confirmed.
Please always be sure to reach out to us if you do not receive a confirmation email and receipt, send a message to us at via email vt@valleytransporter.com please include the confirmation number given at the time of booking.
Once A Reservation Is Confirmed You Will Receive a Confirmation Email.
The easiest way to make a reservation is to call our reservations office at 413-253-1350 x2 during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4 PM ET, and Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 2 PM ET. You can also make a reservation by filling out the attached Request form and emailing the completed form (both a pdf and Word docx version included for your convenience) to vt@valleytransporter.com as soon as possible
We recommend making your reservations as soon as you know your travel needs, as availability is often limited and becomes more limited as the date of travel approaches.

Passengers must be ready for pick up

- After claiming your baggage, all incoming passengers must call our dispatcher for instructions on where to meet your driver.

- If, due to flight delays, you miss your assigned pickup, we will provide space for you on the next available scheduled van that leaves following your actual arrival time. Because we track your flight’s progress we will know if you will be unable to make your assigned departure.
- If, during your travels, you are rerouted by your airline resulting in an arrival on a flight other than the flight we were given when the reservation was made, you must contact us at 413-253-1350 option #1 to advise us of the new arrival flight number and time. Without this information we may not have a van at the airport at your new arrival time.
